Today I am going to talk about the only stand up comedian who has ever made me laugh so hard that tears have run down my face as I tried my utmost to remember how to breathe.
Daniel Sloss is a 29 year old Scottish stand up comedian who has been credited as the youngest comedian to perform a solo session in London's West End, ate the age of 19. He had his first ever show between the ages of 16 or 17, depending on whether you are talking to him or his father, and has been a sensation ever since.

I was recommended his first show Dark by one of my more eccentric friends and I can't say that I was disappointed even though I was initially skeptical. Let me be clear about this, his shows are amazing but if you are a Christian then there can be areas that you might want to skip around, as far as I can remember this is only in his show Dark and constitutes about 10-15 minutes of the overall show, further on there are not any religious jokes which I appreciated. He is quite a genius though, because he can take some things that could be considered quite odd or offensive (for no reason) and make it hilarious. He doesn't speak about the general populace but rather out of experience and I think that's what endears him to his audience.
I especially enjoy the last few minutes of his shows where he speaks to the audience on serious topics and gets his point across while using comedy but somehow not making it cheap. He has two shows that are currently streaming on Netflix, Dark and Jigsaw, both of which are excellent. His newest show, X, was released in November of 2019 on HBO and is honestly the best take I have ever seen on the #MeToo movement. I honestly had not really paid any attention to the movement before I watched his show but once I did I realized how right he was and I would encourage any woman who has ever been sexually harassed or assaulted to watch this show, share it with friends and discuss it openly because we cannot change the future if we don't acknowledge the past and deal with the present.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you to the most offensive man I have ever encountered, he is legendary.
Thanks for reading xx
