WARNING: Spoilers-This movie only recently came out on Netflix so my warning is legit.

The film has a 5.9/10 on IMDB and a 46% on Rotten Tomatoes. It was produced by McG from a screenplay that was written by McG, Dan Lagana, Brad Morris and Jimmy Warden.

The Babysitter: Killer Queen is the sequel to a movie where a Satanic cult tries to kill a young boy to complete the 'innocent' part of a ritual but when the police arrive, too late as usual, the bodies have disappeared and nobody believes the traumatized boy who managed to destroy his entire house.

Now, two years after the incident, Cole (Judah Lewis) is struggling to get through the past as everyone thinks that he is insane, the only person who believes him is his friend Melanie (Emily Alyn Lind) who was there that night.

When Cole finds a brochure to a school for mentally disturbed students on his parents to do list, he tells Melanie who prescribes a weekend of fun at the lake, which turns out to be a stupendously bad idea.

When Cole gets dragged into a modified game of 7 Minutes in Heaven he tries his best to express his feelings for Melanie but she is pre-occupied by her mission, which is a doozy.

Melanie turns out to be hiding a rather large secret from Cole and when he finds out he is obviously and understandably horrified.

Luckily for Cole, Phoebe (Jenna Ortega), shows up just in time before anything too terrible happens to him. Phoebe's distraction allows enough time for Cole to escape and then follow her. Phoebe is the strange new kid in Cole's school and seems oddly chill about the fact that there is a Satanic cult after them, again.

I love this movie because it doesn't take itself seriously. The gore is way too much as are the puns, it's basically like a really good Scary Movie.

The acting is still pretty good, all things considered, the soundtrack is chilling as it should be and if I had to watch it again I wouldn't hate it.

Props go out to the people who made this movie as cheesy as possible and still managed to make it good.

Well freakin done.

Thanks for reading xx
