A Court of Wings and Ruin (Or ACOWAR to the fans) is the epic third novel in the Court of Thorns and Roses saga. It was published in May of 2017 and it has a 4.44/5 rating on Goodreads.

I read this book in record time, considering how large it was, and I adored it. It was the perfect climax to follow the previous book.

In this book we get to see just how strong Feyre is as she leaves the Night Court in order to infiltrate the Spring Court and pull it apart at the seams.

At the same time, Rhysand and the Inner Circle strive to find a way to defeat the Hybern army as they eagerly await their High Lady's return.

In this book we get to see how Feyre is honing her skills and stepping into her role as High Lady, we get to see a lot more of the Inner Circle and how they each have a role to play in the coming war with Hybern as well as each others lives.

We get to watch as Cassian and Azriel love and protect Feyre when Rhysand cannot and how Mor and Amren become her incredibly strong and smart allies.

I really enjoyed the extra depth that we got into the relationship between Rhysand and Feyre as well as the way that they supported and loved each other.

"Leave this world a better place than how you found it."- The Suriel

I don't want to say too much about this book as it can be seen as spoilers if you haven't read the others but just know that it was beautiful and that you will feel every single emotion.

You will feel all of the horror, the fear and the panic but you will also feel all of the happiness, the love and the hope.

This book will rip you apart, make you weep and make you feel hopeless but even so, it will show you just how much you can take and how important hope can be.

Thanks for reading xx
