New Year, New Me.

We've all heard and or said those words at least once in our lifetimes.

I used to say it a lot when I was younger, sometimes in jest, sometimes seriously but I never stuck to it, ever.

When I think of the new year and what it may hold, it seems so vast and unknown that I struggle to keep to the path that I have set for myself and when I look back at the year that has past, I struggle to see improvement.

I've found that ongoing lists and lists of lists seem to help. I enjoy list making, it organizes my thoughts and gives me a starting point, as well as a middle and end point which seems to be the problem with new year's resolutions. We all have goals to meet in the new year but hardly any of us seem to actually achieve our goals and perhaps it is a lack of improvement or a lack of interest but sometimes it can just be that the path is blurry and filled with obstacles.

I find that obstacles can be a rather annoying thing sometimes and sometimes they can be a vaulting point where I can build my confidence and realize how much more I can achieve. So I have come to see that all we really need to be concerned about is forward.

Just keep moving forward.

Your pace does not matter.

Your manner does not matter.

Just

Keep

Moving

Forward.

Happy New Year to one and all,

Many blessings for the year ahead.

Thanks for reading xx
